Offerings include full-service planning packages as well as partial planning, day-of coordination and officiating. Couples can also customize their services with à la carte items and create their own plan entirely.

Events by Angel carefully designs personalized events as unique as the couple getting married. We aim to alleviate the stress associated with organizing your special day so you can focus on celebrating your love. Our Planning Sessions

Planning Consultation $149.00

When you’re looking for a little planning support, 1:1 hourly consultations are the perfect fit. This planning session includes:

Want someone by your side to help plan your entire wedding? We can absolutely do that! Create a custom package that works best for you, your budget and your specific needs with a la carte planning options. A La Carte options include as needed planning, such as vendor searches, vendor meetings, and other customized documents. We like to start working with clients as soon as possible. Our Coordination Packages

Diamond: 1 Carat

This package includes:

  • 2 meetings prior to your wedding day to discuss details
  • Up to 4 hours for day-of wedding coordination
  • Coordination of vendors at ceremony
  • Ceremony timeline formulation and execution
  • Set up & breakdown of ceremony flowers and any other decor
  • Attendance and coordination of the rehearsal
  • Coordination of wedding party and family members
  • Cue all wedding professionals and fielding questions or concerns throughout the ceremony
  • Provide assistance to couple and bridal party
  • Support couple’s vision of their wedding day

Diamond: 5 Carat

This package includes:

  • 3 meetings prior to your wedding day to discuss details
  • Assistance with your final stages of planning
  • Timeline formulation, distribution and execution
  • Attendance and coordination of rehearsal
  • Preferred vendor list
  • Up to 8 hours of service on the day of the wedding
  • Day of:
  • Coordinate with vendors and venue, fielding all questions and concerns on wedding day
  • Cue all wedding professionals, wedding party and family throughout event
  • Securing couple’s personal items
  • Provide assistance to couple and bridal party
  • Support couple’s vision of their wedding day

Diamond: 10 Carat

This package includes everything in the 5 Carat package, plus:

  • Events by Angel on site for up to 10 hours
  • Coordination of vendors throughout the final planning process
  • Consulting with vendors prior to event start​​
  • Verifying floor plan
  • Distribution of final payments to vendors
  • Ceremony & Reception Space set-up
  • (if ceremony is off-site, additional travel fee will be discussed)
  • Distribution and placement of all wedding items (favors, place cards, toasting flutes, etc. & any other personal items)

Add-Ons

Break-Down Services

Events by Angel will remain on site until completion of the event to package all decor & personal items We will not be responsible for personal items, so please assign a point person to assist with decor removal $249.00

Decorating Services

Have everything planned and coordinated yourself but you’re on a tight budget and just want someone to make sure everything is decorated to your standards? We have a solution for that as well.

  • Ceremony set up: placing flowers, unity candles, decor, putting out programs and any other requests $199.00
  • Reception set up: set up head table and/or sweetheart table cake table reception tables, distribution of wedding items (favors, toasting flutes, etc.) $299.00
  • Ceremony & Reception set up (if ceremony is off-site, additional travel fee may apply) $449.00

Time Extension

If Events by Angel is needed to stay beyond the time contracted on your wedding day, a fee of $149.00 per hour will be added to your total.

Travel

Events by Angel is based out of Dartmouth, MA. Any travel of over 25 miles (one way) from Events by Angel’s home address shall be charged at 0.53 cents per mile (round trip, rehearsal, and if ceremony is separate from reception). Mileage will be determined using Google Maps, this is for regular servicing areas (SouthCoast, MA, Eastern RI, or anywhere under 90 miles).

*We travel throughout New England for further distances, overnight accommodations (required for any event over 90 miles away from Events by Angel’s base) will be discussed at consult*

Additional Staff

If a couple desires to have more than one Events by Angel staff member on site, additional staff is available. If more than one of our team are needed on wedding day, there will be a charge of $40/hour per assistant. The lead planner can determine whether there is a need for another staff member, if needed.

Backyard or AirBnB weddings always need 2-3 staff depending on the guest count and package that the couple selects. This is determined by Events by Angel after details are finalized and not at the first consult as details could change closer to the wedding.
